None of them are locked behind quests, none require joining a certain faction, and most do not require any special skills such as lock picking. Some locations make a little sense, others do not. Off the beaten track, places that often require a little exploring and a sense of adventure. You’ll find most of them in unmarked interior and exterior locations spread across the map that I thought could use a little love: shacks, cabins, cellars, offices, and so on. To reduce the risk of conflicts, I’ve tried to avoid placing these books in locations that are already touched by many other mods out there. All books were hand-placed by me across the Commonwealth (none in Far Harbor or Nuka World). Also, some of the included screen shots might point you in the right direction. You’ll find the map, with a short note, on an angry writer’s desk, in a seaside cabin along the road from South Boston to Quincy, pretty close to a particularly noisy quarry. However, there is a treasure map with all the locations marked on it to be found. It’s a treasure hunt, so I’m not going to spoil all your fun here. You can put them in custom bookcases to show off and watch them collect dust, or you can actually read them and learn new things about Life, Death, and Everything Else!
